Our island is filled with a wide variety of activities to experience the unique relaxing atmosphere that is Jost Van Dyke. The island offers snorkeling, swimming, scuba diving, sea kayaking (to include night tours), paddle boarding, sailing, and fishing. Explore the varied terrain by hiking on the beautiful natural paths or drive over the Ridge Road by Jeep to see all the bays and harbours around the island. Venture out by boat to the outer islands and other unique spots. A number of wonderfully unique world class dining and entertainment experiences await you and are within walking distance. You can have a variety of experiences or just relax with a rum drink in hand from your private porch or oceanside.

Please meet us in the office so that we can share with you our favorite activities on the island and the villa you will be staying in at White Bay Villas. We have games, books and DVDs in the office that you can enjoy during your downtime. There is also free snorkel gear rentals. The WIFI password is listed below. Some packages have additional costs for these services.
Check out is at 10 am. Please wash and put away all dishes, sweep floors, wipe off counters and place all trash in the outside trash cans. We value all feedback. Please also take the time to fill out our survey.
We have provided this tablet for you in order for you to create the perfect experience on Jost Van Dyke. We will gladly assist you in any of your vacation plans. For special occasions or events we are available to ensure the best local venues or services!
There is a world class assortment of good restaurants on the island. Most likely you will want at least some food in your villa. Rudy’s has a good supply of staples and alcohol and will be reopening soon. If you want a larger selection you can order online on either Bobby’s or from Rite-Way in Tortola. The food provisions will arrive on the next day’s 1pm ferry. If you are looking for some US Virgin Islands roasted coffee you can find a selection of coffees in the office or online at https://www.datenightcafe.com
Water is precious to our islands. Therefore, we ask you to reuse your towels. If you need extra sheets or towels during your stay please ask. Please turn off water when soaping up, brushing teeth or scrubbing dishes. Please flush toilets for number two. Report any leaks immediately. Our water is clean and safe to drink.
100% of our electricity is from oil and in order to help reduce our carbon footprint, we ask that you turn off all lights, fans, and AC where applicable. Please be mindful. We will be increasing our alternative energy in the near future.
Island systems are not like systems in the United States, therefore we ask that you use the trash bin next to the toilet to dispose of toilet paper and paper products. Spare bin liners are under the bathroom sink for your convenience. There are large trash cans outside your villa for regular disposal.
Please connect to the “WBV-Guest” SSID with the password WBV1492? There is no limit on the amount of devices. If you require faster speeds please inquire with the office.

We hope you enjoy your stay and everything was to your satisfaction. We are proud of our villas, White Bay, and Jost Van Dyke. Sometimes little things come up and need attention. Our villas, cottages and guest houses are NON-SMOKING. Please only smoke outside and dispose of cooled ashes and butts in the outside trash cans.
Guests staying at White Bay Villas can walk down the paths to the beach noted on the map here. Anyone with a Jeep is encouraged to take advantage of the parking and beach access located at Ivan’s Stress Free Bar.
We have beach chairs on the beach at the White Bay Villas Beach Club past The Pink House. They are complimentary to use.
Please note that when it rains, the beach paths and roads can become slippery so please be cautious.
Bug Spray can be found in each of the villas.
All villas are equipped with coolers. Please wipe the coolers out when finished.
All Paradise Villas are equipped with a small built-in ice maker inside the refrigerator. All the other units we will have to purchase ice if the guest should ask for this request. (The ice machine is currently out of use)
Mongoose, cats, dogs and goats are all wild on the island. Keep trashcan lids tight. Food products can go over the edge wall at Sunset Villas.
We do have alternative sources for power and water. Please keep in mind it may take a few seconds for the generators to turn on. Electronics and wifi may be affected during these periods.
BVI and US calls are complimentary. The villas are setup with Florida phone numbers. You will find a cellphone in each villa connected to the WiFi system. To make a call you open either the green icon or the red icon depending on the phone. Please dial a 1 before the area code. They will not work without WiFi.
Since the hurricanes there is no cable tv. However, you can still watch many of your favorite shows using the provided smart tvs or the rokus. Please see the additional information or ask if you have any questions.
Guests are provided with bath towels, washcloths and a beach towel. To conserve water please hang your towels to dry.
Stoves are propane. If they will not start each villa will have a lighter.
Each location has a charcoal grill either on the patio or outside. Please do not BBQ on any wooden porches.
Due to the winds please keep them latched opened or closed.
Please call Maria if extra towels or sheets are needed. Extra services may have a fee.

With a delectable array of Caribbean cuisine, the island of Jost Van Dyke has much to offer.

You will find a variety of entertainment options in your room. These options may include stereo systems, smart tvs, roku sticks, high speed WIFI with access to a 1000+ movie library.
Using your own credentials from home you can watch the same programming such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO GO, and a variety of free channels including youtube, CNN, and Fox News.
Once the Roku is turned on, indicated by the white light on the device, follow these instructions:
1. First, turn on your television.
2. If you do not see the ROKU logo please Use the TV remote and press input.
3. Select HDMI input.
4. Once on HDMI you will now see the menu options for the ROKU.
5. Using the ROKU remote you can navigate to the options that best suit you.
The instructions may very depending on if you have a smart TV or a Roku Express. When your stay is over the WBV cleaning crew will wipe any credentials from the Roku. If you would like to do this yourself:
Head to Settings > System > Advanced System Settings > Factory Reset and youll find the option there.
Please understand that things sometimes go out, stop working, or require fixing. If anything should stop working in your villa such as a burnt-out lightbulb or your blender won't mix your favorite rum drink, please contact Maria or submit the form below so we are aware of the issue and can solve it right away.
